I've been working backstage with artists in the TV and music industry for over 10 years. There, where it's always about fantastic entertainment, acknowledgement and public image. My experiences with personalities in this industry and my own history with the topic of high sensitivity, public perception, wanting to be perfect, pressure from the outside and a constant struggle for recognition and for being seen and heard manifested itself in 17 years of eating disorder and other coping strategies and taught me how much truth there is in the image of the "sad clown" and how liberating it is to take off the mask of the eternal radiance and to turn the spotlight on oneself and the causes of these coping mechanisms. So that you can become the rock star of your own show called "Your Life" again. I am the right person to turn down the mind and turn up the inner voice and thus authenticity as well as creativity.
